Project Life - Week 25

Tuesday, 26 June 2012

Week 25 and I am really loving how this project is coming along! I am getting really excited about printing off the first half of this year after week 26. I have slowly been catching up on those early weeks that I didn't get done at the time, and have 3 left to complete before the end of next week. Here is week 25.
We spent lots of time outside this week, enjoying ANY sunshine we could. We had some gorgeous weather, and just had to make the most of it. Bubbles were a big hit, and strawberries made an entrance in a BIG way. Alexander and I got some new shoes, which was fun. They are actually nearly matching, but fortunately he doesn't have a complex about that (yet!).
We also spent time outside in the rain. I am so thankful for Danish rain gear! The kids play outside no matter the weather, and they really enjoy themselves. They stay (mostly) nice and dry, too. They had a great time in all the puddles that showed up everywhere. I got some time to play around with paper and got started on my weekend mini-book, and Alexander got a kick out of playing games on the Lego website. I also FINALLY got my hair cut! I don't know why I waited so long...talk about procrastination! It feels great to have it shorter and neater again.

This week I used one of Miss Tiina free journalling cards for my title, and her cloud paper. I love those bright colours and fun graphics! I also used Enjoy the Ride word art  and bicycle sticker from Digital Design Essentials new kit, Enjoy the Ride. The coolest part of this week's pages (in my opinion!) is those little Instagram Templates that Catherine from Design Editor offered as a free download recently. I love her clean, graphic style, and this template is no exception :) The June calendar is a free download from Valorie Brown Designs. Washi tape is from Pugly Pixel and the rain picture I'm not sure who made it, but I found it here.

Linking up to the Mom Creative as usual. Head over there for more Project Life inspiration.

See you next time!

Hugs, Fiona
